From day 1, I felt welcomed and supported as my manager assisted me with detailed onboarding and education. The onboarding plan was very well structured and included training and product courses, so you feel you are taken care of, and your goals are clear.
The company is 100% remote. Despite that, we got to bond and get to know each other better thanks to different activities. We had a hobby contest, the cutest pet photos contest, an online Christmas party in Minecraft, and the latest step challenge. It was a blast seeing everyone compete to outdo each other.
Unlike other companies where PTO approval can be impossible within a short period, I was surprised by how quickly my manager approved my time off requests, which made me value remote work even more.
