Truly, Euronext offers an experience for any beginning or more well rounded finance professional to grow and thrive. The colleagues, knowledge and drive to accomplish the shared mission across teams is invaluable.

Management / Leadership as a clear lack of vision to position itself among upcoming (fin-tech) challengers and is risk averse, clinging to traditional asset classes and ways of working (siloed). Lack of AI readiness and entrepreneurial spirit plays a negative role in the euronext employee experience.
