A handful of individuals there control every market like a puppet master, with zero respect for local leadership or teams. • Micromanagement is psychotic. You’ll be told how to breathe, when to speak, and yes — you practically need permission to go to the bathroom. • The admin load is ridiculous — 80% of your time is wasted filling out pointless Excel sheets for someone in Serbia who honestly believes her spreadsheets will save the universe. Not just the company — the universe. • Burnout is guaranteed. Turnover is constant. People either get pushed out or run for the exit the moment they can. • They lie during recruitment. Promises about working from home, flexibility, and independence vanish the moment you sign the contract. • The CEO and CIO live in an echo chamber. Feedback doesn’t just fall on deaf ears — it gets punished. Constructive ideas are treated as insubordination. • You’re not hired for your experience or vision. You’re hired to obey, submit, and execute orders without question.

Higher management keeps each other's hands above their heads. There are a lot of mistakes by higer management but the layers below will pay for them. They are strong in sales and marketing. But operationally and HR it's a complete disaster. The focus is only on turnover. At the expense of people.
