1) Salary was way too low compare to peers with a management that specifically wants to hire people from good universities without realising the cost they face (loan + moving to Brussel etc...). 2230e for working 40+ hours a week is not competitive. 2) Toxic vibe initiated by a few seniors who pick favourites, sometime based on nationality or sometime simply on appearances. Deep valuable work goes often unnoticed. 3) Promotion supposedly based on "objective critera" but really is how much do the senior see you and like you. 4) Total lack of accountability for the (8+ people) recent departures, blaming the parent company instead of taking a long hard look at the package and their shortfalls. 5) "Family" culture that chiefly benefits a few senior people who gatekeep the best clients and visibility. 6) Culture of overworking instead of working efficiently. Chronic epidemic of burnout in the company.
