      Hybrid work Co-founders are very nice people, as is 'mostly' everybody else. €25 euro fitness budget and €13 euro weekly lunch budget.

      Minpunten

      Uncompetitive salary, minimal role autonomy with a heavy top-down management structure. Product development is very slow. Executives hold highly inflated views of the product's relevance in a rapidly changing market
