Really nice organisational culture with room for your own input, nice events/team moments and the opportunity to go multi-disciplinary when it comes to your work activities. When you have the feeling to have outgrown your responsibilities, they are open to discuss new opportunities/roles within the company; even creating new positions.
Minpunten
Some secondairy benefits of employment, e.g. lunch arrangements, were very well arranged. However, they could be better. Focusing on health and wellbeing for example. There was also room for improvement in terms of diversity.
