Minpunten
In this company, technical staff are treated in a very toxic way. Management believes they themselves are the technical professionals. They don’t listen to technical employees, and when their decisions turn out to be wrong, the person doing the actual work is used as a scapegoat. There are several employees who make other employees’ lives miserable by sharing negative stories about them behind their backs with management and human resources. Just last week, a good intern was even fired because of this kind of nonsense. A major loss, also to the student who now has a delay in his study which will affect his career while he was an ace student. The company does not invest in its employees or their growth. In fact, they look for ways to take money away from employees. Here are a few examples: if you don’t enter the alarm correctly or forget to set it, you are charged 100 euros. You pay 50 cents per day for coffee/tea, even if you don’t use it. Your employment conditions state that you get a gym membership, but they want to cancel it. If you manage to agree on taking a course and you leave the company afterwards, you have to pay back the costs. After the company was sold to the French Eurobio and the original directors left. Things have been going down hill, and rock bottom is not reached yet. But with the parent company losing revenue, I suspect things won't better. In short, if you want a shitty salary, a lot of stress and plan to stick around to a maximum of 2 years. I invite you to join this company.
