Overall a very good employer. Gourmand is growing very quickly, so expect lots of change. Great place to work for dynamic people who want to grow. Strong company culture, and lots of events such as weekly croissants, town halls, teambuildings, ... Managers receive training in proper communication and leadership skills. Very diverse team. Good job security, given the very nice business growth and investments in recent years.
