      Various clients, pay salary regularly (sometimes with delay)

      Low salaries, poor promotion cycles, tiny promotion budget, poor company culture. Big bench. Selling just to sale (taking big projects, promising super short deadlines, and then employees need to deal with this). “AI-leader company” that forbids using AI-tools for the projects.
