This company works like a Ponzi scheme. President and vice president are making all important decisions behind close doors. Then they 'recommend' those decisions to the middle management. Middle management has to accpet , otherwise they are on their way out. When these decisions turn out to be bad, as they often do, it's the fault of middle managment because those decisions were officially made by them, not by top management. Stay away, especially if you are a young engineer, looking to learn about proper engineering.
