      - Flexibility, IFS offers flexible way of working with regards to home or at the office. - Culture, IFS has numerous of employees who are always willing to help. Feels like family. - IT infra, when you raise an IT ticket it is typically solved in 30/40 minutes.

      I enjoy working at IFS and overall have a positive experience. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the level of autonomy employees are given, combined with a healthy work–life balance. There is a strong sense of trust, and people are encouraged to take ownership of their work. The colleagues are friendly, supportive, and diverse, which creates a pleasant and inclusive working environment.       - Changes can follow each other quickly, which can sometimes be challenging to keep up with - Due to the international nature of the organization, processes can occasionally take longer than expected - Not everything is standardized across regions, which sometimes requires extra coordination
