There is a noticeable lack of consistency in accountability, with some individuals, such as program managers, not fully adhering to their designated responsibilities like project management. This can lead to a disorganised work environment where roles and duties are not always clearly defined or followed. The decision-making process within the team is complicated by the presence of a product manager, a product owner, and a program manager, each assigned to the same single team. The company often sets unrealistic deadlines for critical projects, which places undue pressure on teams. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of knowledge about fundamental project management principles, which impacts the overall execution and effectiveness of projects. Some people in the organisation struggle to differentiate between knowledge and opinion.
