I am seeing that you no longer work for KSGB, one of the specific brands. I hope you are happy in your new role and we wish you had shared your concerns with us when you were with the company. We cannot fix things we do not know are broken. I hope you will take that knowledge to your next company. Please share your concerns in a constructive manner and management will listen. If you are or were truly unhappy for more than 5 years, we thank you for your time with us and wish you well in your next role.
For anyone reading this, our corporate office has a town hall every quarter and it is videotaped and saved for all field, retail and satellite offices to view. Our entire employee directory is open all the way to the CEO. Complaints, comments and compliments are welcome at all levels. We only hope that if there is a problem it is voiced when we can help not after you depart.
