None, it is a complete disaster. Site had offices running air conditioning at 19 degrees celsius in january while the exterior temperature was 5 degrees celsius. Dark carpets in an office where unless you were sitting next to the window panel you would not see the sun; add on top of that that there were no desk lamps only neon tubes (eyesight killer). Company selling itself as cGMP compliant and completely lying about it. Some of the disasters I have seen that prove how corrupt their are: - Employees REUSING Excel worksheets to calculate results from an elisa test - Employees randomly invalidating assays on their own initiative without any permission from QA - No dedicated sample coordinator to retrieve samples - The software to manage tests to be performed in certain point within a stability study was a non-validated Excel file

- Incompetent management - company hiring PhD graduates who had ZERO experience in cGMP environments to perform tasks for which they are absolutely clueless and incompetent - group leaders who were either corrupt or did not had the guts to stand against the constant scandalous behaviour of upper management
