      Pluspunten

      Strong can-do mentality — people focus on solutions, not problems. Exceptionally friendly and approachable colleagues at all levels. Genuine positivity and collaboration across teams. Clear focus on contributing to better patient care and outcomes — this truly comes before pure business results. International environment with plenty of room for initiative and ownership.

      Minpunten

      For those coming from smaller or non-MedTech environments, the structure and processes might feel a bit complex at first. For people used to larger MedTech companies (like J&J or Medtronic), the environment feels refreshingly straightforward and agile — but still with the right amount of rigor. Compared to the large MedTech companies, LivaNova may have less career development opportunities simply because of her size.
