      Pluspunten

      The atmosphere in the company is excellent. The team is ambitious and dedicated but there is also plenty of room for fun. Lizard Global offers a lot of growth opportunities. The projects are challenging and have a real impact.

      Minpunten

      As a new team member, you quickly get a lot of responsibilities and there is not always a clear structure. Taking initiative and claiming ownership is encouraged so it's an advantage to have an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset. This is not for everyone.

      Lizard Global is a highly energetic, young, quickly growing, and multicultural company. They have a work hard, play hard mentality and the team is always eager and willing to help each other through various challenges. They believe in a flat organizational structure. Additionally, they give everyone the opportunity to learn and contribute to process improvements. They work on myriad different projects and sectors allowing employees to touch many different types of projects and solutions. Lastly, the culture is exceptional owing to the multicultural aspect of the company, social events, and friendliness of the entire team.

      Minpunten

      As with any growing and scaling company, there is always a challenge to make sure that the various departments are able to scale and grow at a pace that works with the other departments as well as the projects being worked on a sold. Lizard Global also sees these challenges. The good thing about it is that those managing the hiring and scaling are aware of this and do their best to keep the balance.
