Poor management, lack of organization, low support for employees, and an overall stressful work environment. Communication was often unclear, expectations were inconsistent, and employees did not feel valued or respected. The atmosphere made the job unnecessarily frustrating and exhausting. Overall, it was the worst work experience I have had.
