Pluspunten
For three months I have been at Magaschoni. It has always been a dream for me to do an internship in New York. I was really happy when Magaschoni gave me the opportunity to do my internship there. When I arrived, the vice president showed me the showroom and explained things and introduced me to everybody. The employees were really nice. The next day I had a conversation with the CEO of the company. She asked me where I would like to work and what I would like to learn within the company. Also, she told me what Magaschoni expected from me. I explained her that I would like to work in the marketing department as that matches with my study. That was all okay. If I had any questions or I would like to work in another department, than I had to ask her. Interning in the marketing department was really nice. The atmosphere was really good. Every day we lunched together with the interns and my company coach. I learned a lot in the company. If I didn't understand something, I could always ask and I was always allowed to come up with new ideas.

Sometimes the communication could be a little bit better, however I was an intern and not an employee so it is also logical, I didn't know everything.
