Flexibility is the biggest plus. Able to work from home up to 2 days a week. But the feeling is that the management wants to have the employees more at the office.
Minpunten
If you are friends with the head of your department, you will have much more than if he/she doesn't like you. KPI's are being treated very subjectively, and therefor remuneration is also. The atmosphere has changed drasticly since a few years now, since Manuchar is in the hands of the American Lone Star Funds. Only figures count. The party commitee tries to make some nice events and afterworks, but these are way less popular than they were because employees want to get home.
