Diverse and highly interesting projects, along with amazing partners. Working in the sports memorabilia industry offers a great mix of storytelling and creative work for editors and animators. The team is fun, supportive, and enjoyable to work with, and talent is recognized and appreciated.

Minpunten

A really tough agenda with strong deadlines. Before joining, it’s important to be aware that the schedule can be intense, but at the same time it keeps you engaged and never bored.

One of the biggest strengths of MWS is the level of decentralization and autonomy it offers. You are genuinely trusted to fully own your responsibilities, while still receiving the right mentorship and support to truly excel in your role. Without a doubt, the biggest highlight is working so closely with the world of football. If you love the sport, working here often feels like a vacation, surrounded by special people and a truly special product.

Minpunten

Having worked at MWS for 5.5 years and having led the Brazilian subsidiary, the only challenge I would mention (which can also be seen as a natural consequence of growth) is that as the company expands internationally, it becomes more difficult to maintain close day-to-day contact with colleagues at headquarters in Amsterdam. At times, this can make it challenging for satellite offices to receive immediate support. That said, in my final months I saw very tangible efforts and real progress toward improving this structure, and I am confident the company will continue to evolve successfully during this scale-up phase and become a global leader in sports memorabilia.
