Lots of experience and freedom for a few years (the experience is good because you will face lots of inefficiencies, and lack of experience, meaning you'll see the hard way how not to do things) - Workload varies a lot depending if you work in the lab or elsewhere. Some people take it very easy, offices are deserted with working from home being the norm. - Culture and social life used to be very good until 2023-24 with lots of fun activities and events.

- Salary are a good 30% below market rate, but they like to write "market rate" on their vacancies - Lack of strategic direction or clarity. Everything changes every other week, lots of redundancies, decisions are not respected. - There are 2 CEOs that don't even agree with each other - Lots of favouritisms and politics. Young and inexperienced people are given big titles to keep them in. - Targets continue to go up, but resources continue to go down. Targets are based on wishful thinking and use mostly vanity metrics. - Overpromise and underdeliver - Spread to wide and too thin, trying to save the world while mastering nothing
