    Pluspunten

    Veel vrijheid, veel klantencontact, leuke sfeer. Je komt in een leuk team terecht met tal van extramegale voordelen. Kans tot ontwikkeling.

    Minpunten

    Loon zeer afhankelijk van commissie, laag basisloon. Afhankelijk van in welke winkel je staat. Geen target op basis van winkel.

    Il est aisé de performer si on est très bon en vente et le job est facile d'accès.

    Le manque d'opportunités dans l'évolution de la carrière et ne pas recevoir de primes lorsqu'on performe bien.

    - very ambitious company with a lot of goals - good work/life balance - very social colleagues

    - lot of politics - higher management is far out of touch with reality - no career perspectives - HR is not existing

    get a good strategy in place, listen to your people, they are competent and know what needs to be done Get a focus on 1 big clear goal instead of 100 at the same time (and in the end no result) long term vision instead of next quarter

    Flexible work environment (teleworking allowed), perfect balance work & private life. Good salary package.

    Minpunten

    Lots of inefficient processes. Network Operations & most of IT is outsourced, which creates a lot of overhead for getting simple things done.

    Pluspunten

    Friendly atmosphere. Fairly "flat" structure (not many levels of hierarchy but it's steadily getting worse). Adequate compensation. No issue taking days off for personal reasons, flexible working hours. Used to have a real "small/challenger company that can do it" spirit, you can still find it occasionally but it's getting less and less common.

    Minpunten

    No pay increase (unless you're top management). Top management is also out of touch with reality (let's implement "lean" in three months, yeah sure...). Human resources are basically non existent, you'll only meet them when you're hired and when you're fired, no career planning, formation plan... Company has outsourced lots of core activities (network, IT), making everything more complicated (and costlier in the... end).

    Consolidate all supply chain in a single team (currently there are half a dozen teams dealing with the various outsourcing partners and suppliers). Get your HR department to work. A company with 1500 employees should have a real talent management, career planning...

    lots of interesting projects in a changing environments = very interesting challenges !

    too high workload, work intensity, lack of recognition

    do projects prioritisation, I mean do REAL prioritisation = kill projects or postpone some projects. Ask projects to be implemented in a REALLY feasible planning: if 1st ambitious is too optimitic, we loose afterward a lot of time to explain reason for delays (instead of doing proper project management from the start)

    - collegues are hard workers and do their best to achieve very challenging objectives - management tries to evaluate their workers regularly - good benefits - teleworking

    Minpunten

    - result of evaluation is not subjective and cannot be challenged objectively - promotion depends on subjective impression of senior mgt, not results and capabilities - some senior managers are manipulative and very disrespectfull towards lower employees because they know they can and their word is always believed - the wordload is more than what can be achieved within the requested objective - no appreciation... when you do more and work very long hours

    - be more objective when senior mgt uses their influence and power when they have criticism on a low employee - lower you ego and listen to what the person on the floor has to say, they know what they are talking about - every one in the company should be treated the same way!!! - do not fire people because of so called reputation that is created by higher management - higher management should criticise their... low management much easier and they should evaluate and verify how they manage, you will be very surprised!!
