      Be careful with companies doing illegal acquisation!

      - Base salary is slightly above average - Possibility to work from home - Colleagues are friendly and helpful

      Minpunten

      - Long work hours, sometimes they schedule the first meeting at 08:00 AM and the last one at 07:00 PM or they order pizza at the office after 07:00 PM to try and get everyone to stay longer. I mean pizza is nice but should be ordered during working hours! - They illegally approach private individuals without permission!!! - They know they are not allowed to call prospects without permission but they are telling employees not to tell anyone (major red flag!) - Management consist mostly of young, white males, company is not very multicultural - They are not clear about the bonus structure, nobody knows exactly how much you will get and when - Previous CEOs changed their name because they had legal/bankruptcy problems with previous companies - We had to put fake backgrounds so everybody would think we are the office for some reason? And if they asked we had to say so.. Which is okay but just weird I guess..

      I love working at Moss and still really enjoy my work on a daily basis. It makes it so much easier when the entire company is aligned and focussed on delivering an excellent solution. - Company values are clear and I am happy to say that they are very customer focussed - Supporting each other, giving shoutouts and sharing appreciation happens on a daily basis - Fast growing company where you can evolve along with it - Lot's of project opportunities to be involved with - Flexibility! - Learning opportunities & great L&D budget
