I have been with this company since 2004, originally under the Intrasoft International brand, which was acquired by Netcompany in 2021. That's over 20 years — which says a lot in itself. What keeps me here is the variety of EU institutional projects, backed by solid procedures, tools, and long-standing personal relationships built over the years with colleagues and clients. The 2021 merger brought a positive evolution, combining Netcompany's Nordic delivery model with Intrasoft's institutional know-how. It's been an interesting transition that has added structure and broader resources to the organisation. Overall, a company with a strong identity, meaningful work, and a strong track record in the EU institutions space.

On the downside, communication with the parent company can feel somewhat limited and formal, largely conducted through online tools and systems.
