Pluspunten
NICE provides a great work atmosphere for its employees. Lots of activities are organized and flexible work hours. It is hard work but freely given to do this in a creative way.
Minpunten
The product house I work for releases too many versions in a short time. This is giving me some challenges in keeping up with the training offerings. After 10 years of doing the same thing, I feel a bit stuck in my position and feel that my creativity is not being benefited from.

Pluspunten
- Very interesting technical challenges in performance with compliance. - High level of competence of developers. - Small organization with very friendly and helpful people. (But don't expect regular Friday evening drinks together.) Only minor drawbacks from being a large enterprise (expenses, headcount, hardware).
Minpunten
- No regular WFH possibility. Preferably not weekly. - Strong focus on developing features. Improvements, trainings and conferences are often unwelcome distractions. - Low salary increases. Start with salary high and don't expect much raise. - Overtime. Frequency and management-mandated approach. - Outsourcing in various locations without good lines of communication.
