Inspiring leader / CEO (Gijs Coppens). He really inspired the team to drive forward the mission. He shared lunch(es) with us, told the backstory of the company and led by example. The bonus structure was motivating, with a 70/30 payment. The lunch was good for Dutch standards, we had access to a kitchen for cooking, wraps, avocado's and eggs. Far better than a broodje kaas.
Minpunten
Within 3 months, there was a reorganisation in which I was laid off. Given that this was my first full-time job, it was an unfortunate experience. I would have enjoyed continuing my work there for a few more months. However, they paid me 4 more months (Dutch labour law), so I cannot complain. There was some unclarity between my managers in the beginning of what my focus should've been as a salesperson. That was frustrating in the beginning.

- versatile environment, from hosting talks to writing content

- no pension - salary not competitive - every day managers change their opinion and according to that you need to change your work - people got fired continuously
