Working at a high pace, high energy, can only occur in a well-oiled machine. PPD certainly can give you the structure and clear Roles and Responsibilities, communication path etc. As leader in the CRO Pharma domain they are investing in their employees on different levels. You feel part of the PPD family.

Being your own master of time management is crucial for being a project lead for fully outsourced studies working with a global team. If you know your stuff, and you found the correct function that fits your profile, this is a great company to start in amidst the high pressure on Covid studies. As the train is moving fast, one needs to be quite strict in saying what you can do, know how to do or identify what is a stretch - very quickly.
