My time at RMB was overall a fantastic experience. Even during a period of transition and leadership change, it remained a good, stable place to work with strong people and a culture that supported growth. Like any organisation, there are a few bad eggs, but they didn’t define the experience. I learned a great deal, built meaningful professional relationships, and made lifelong friends. RMB will always be a place I treasure, even though I no longer work there.
Minpunten
One area that could be improved is the implicit hierarchy that can sometimes be felt within the organisation. Addressing this more intentionally would help create an even more inclusive and empowering environment.
