Pluspunten
If Refuel acquires your company it will keep the current management as it establishes it's brand allowing for a continuous stream of revenue. They're not reinventing the wheel but the improvements they'll bring to your to your store are aesthetically pleasing and will be appreciated by both your existing and new customers. Refuel has recently raised it's base wage to be more competitive with other established brands. Refuel claims it will double its market share within the next year.

Despite it's growth Refuel will be happy just to have you on the schedule. It won't rise to meet your ambitions and goals. As a former Naval officer (Lt. Cmdr. 0-4) with advance graduate degrees and over a decade of management experience they're happy just to have my strong work ethic at a base level because that's what I applied for post-Covid. Asking about opportunities within the company temporarily got my schedule reduced in hours and me being told by my 28 year old District Manager that there were no available opportunities. My hours were returned but I won't be seeking advancement for fear of further reprisals. I'll just hope that my pride in my good work will earn a conversation about my future with Refuel. Time will tell.
