Toxic management that you cannot trust. They do not listen to you, they lie to you and they treat you as a number informing you on Friday afternoon that you work in another center for the following week. The pay is low and they rarely give a raise to people. All the IT and support system is all based on tickets and is highly inneficient and it makes interactions awkward with customers because of it. Large turnover is this company because they are highly disfunctional. Management also promote the wrong people.
