All teams have great communication, and the alignment of expectations with managers and execs is done in a very transparent an respectful way. In fact, one of the plus points is that everyone is reachable and approachable, even C-suite executives.
As the company name says, our work is remote (unless you chose to work at existing offices around the world - entirely up to you). To me this is a huge step in quality of life and work/life balance, and in RP I truly feel the respect and the trust to manage my responsibilities in my own pace.
It honestly doesn't feel like work is a "chore", ever. It feels like there are challenges/duties and that deciding the timeline for these duties to be fulfilled is always done with transparency, respect and good communication.
As an employee I have felt nothing but respect and professionalism from everyone around me, no matter what their position in the company is.
