micronagemnt rules change eevery day no vision no leadershio lot of layers sales is pushed to sell bank accounts.. but applies so many rules.. the market for bank accounts is nothing so new. The retail side is more shiny then anything you'd be doing here your team is remote. thats fine but imagine not being able to talk to employees

Not experienced people at management level in the UK, people can’t deal with crises because they never learnt how to deal with their own emotions. Everyone goes to the direction of next quarter KPIs without a long-term strategy. Not leaders for sure, executers at best
