- opportunity to learn so much as resources are very limited. This company would still be considered a start-up -upward mobility as you are still basically getting in on the ground floor -the ideal of the financial inclusion of migrants and refugees

-as they have limited resources and funds, employees are not at all experienced. It is hard for relatively junior employees (who are already swamped) to carry out training etc. -salaries are not at all competitive -management is slightly unstable, quite high employee turnover even at the highest level
