Pluspunten
Riverflex isn't for everyone, and I mean that in the best way. If you like being told exactly what to do and sticking to one lane, this probably isn't your place. But if you're someone who gets energised by wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and actually being trusted to run with things you'll love it. As a starter especially, the opportunities to grow are many. The feedback culture is also something I genuinely appreciate.
Minpunten
It's demanding and the bar is high, which keeps things interesting but can get stressful at times. It's still a start-up at heart, so expect some chaos and not everything runs like clockwork. Salaries are good, just not the most competitive in the market.
