unfortunately the management is not ensuring a good work place environment. There are constant changes that are not communicated well. It is not a priority for the management to ensure a good well being for the employee. There was never even a question asked of how a person feels while working there which is very important. The team is changing every month so it is very hectic and chaotic. On top of that the workload is much more than described In the summary of the job. And on top of that, there is often a lot of people calling in sick, which results in less people on the shift. And when you call in sick ? There is so much manipulation from the management to still make you come to work. Insane.
