Extremely poor management. Unnecessary expectations of brown-nosing from leadership. No clarity on projects or vision of where they want to take the company. Treat people like cattle. No real growth expected. Try sometimes illegal ways to remove people from the company. No respect for different cultures - they routinely appear to speak in a common language (Hindi?) which is uncomfortable for others around.
