      company is toxic and stressful, many people in management have 'God's syndrome' and passive aggressive communication, it is impossible to stay there for a long time, I left and I know many people are about to leave soon

      I feel valued and appreciated at Sopheon

      Pluspunten

      Everyone has their positive and negative experiences with a company, and no company is perfect. But I want to honestly say that I personally have never felt so valued as I do with this company. I substantiate this on the basis of pronounced appreciation, salary, bonuses, career opportunities and transparency from management. As for all the negative reviews - and no one has asked me to write a positive review, this is on my own initiative - I can only say that things can be different in other departments, of course, but I don't agree with this one at all. It could also be related to the person writing the review. Take a look in the mirror every once in a while... and be open to changes - at least give things a chance.

      The typical disadvantages of a small (but growing) company. Communication and structure could be better at some points, but is not notably bad or anything.
