First of all make sure to NOT apply for this company! The biggest issue is the C-level management. They do not have a clue what they are doing and are constantly making wrong decisions. Beside this they are also often lying to give employees a "good feeling". They also lack a lot of industry experience and product knowledge. Stova does not care about their employees or even their clients. All they care about is money $$$. What the company should do is invest money in the employees (the heart of the company) and the product. A lot of employees are overworked and are not recognized for the work they do. The Stova products are old, outdated and full of bugs and limitations. Even the employees are struggling to work with them.
