Where should I start?
Probably the worst thing about this company is its management, mostly either family or friendship related with the owners of the company. oh, and its all men club, and nobody really tries to hide it. "dont even submit your application to a-level position, bc you are a woman and can get pregnant in any moment,a nd then what?" - we heard that already.
firing pregnant women in the last weeks of probation period without a warning, already happend.
asking women on the interview if they are planning to have kids, happend so many times
the system to automatically beep your cards when you enter the kitchen to get some water to use your break time has been tried to be implemented for a year now, thanks god its technicqlly not working yet.
no trust in their employees, then of course no wfh allowed etc. funny thing is that in the interview they tell you that wfh is not possible due to technixal reasons of weak vpn etc, only to discover that the document of 3pages stating the reasons against wfh is full with previous programmes and vpn that is not being used anymore.
your holidays - you can take them in veery constrained times, in total maybe 4mo time in a year all together that you can choose when to place your free days.

unfortunately not seeing a better future, bc cmon they will not fire their own family members on a levels, or change their old timer way of looking on business. but hey, at least they pay a bit more than a average call center.
