The leadership was not able to take the right decision to ensure a smooth grow of the company. They starting hiring like crazy resulting in 300 people fired a few months later. The product is very interesting and the people working there is very passionate. But the leadership values competition more than collaboration. In the long-term it becomes very toxic.
