I felt misled about the financial stability of the company. While new employees continued to be hired, announcements of redundancies were made at the same time, which created confusion and a sense of instability. The management team is relatively young, and in my experience, there was a noticeable lack of empathy and maturity when addressing employee concerns or difficult situations. Additionall, majority of the management team are long-time friends from university, which contributed to a perception of favoritism toward certain individuals. The workload was consistently high, with an expectation to quickly learn new responsibilities and develop specialist-level expertise without sufficient training or support, especially considering the salery they are paying.
