Unfortunately have to confirm the previous negative reviews. Total disconnect between top management and the people doing the work. Every few weeks new announcements and change of direction, nothing gets done. Middle managers have taken control of the company and fire people that try to question the status quo or that ask too many questions. Unethical behaviour happens on a daily basis. Lack of competence in the business domain and in software engineering. EMs are not involved in product nor in technology, nor they understand it. Company is stalled by internal processes and politics.
