I was explained that I 'tick all the boxes', but that there was another person in process that was 'such a kind person' and that in an ideal situation for that matter they would prefer to hire both of us. Also, it was stated that I came across a 'bit too serious'. I mean, really? It's a job interview! I find being rejected on the back of being perceived as not 'kind' highly subjective and frankly it is proof that apparently someone at this company needs to 'like you' on a personal level to get hired. How inclusive is Teamtailor really?
