- Good lunch program - Good office location

Minpunten

- Poor and Inexperienced Management - Very low job security (Mass layoffs and firing people in the shadows) - Heavy and toxic bro culture - Very inefficient Hierarchy (too many middle managers. The employee-to-manager ratio is insane) - Promotion, salary increase, and recognition are all based on favoritism - No feedback infrastructure to give feedback to upper-level people and the company - Inefficient hiring. Hiring is not based on needs - Useless teams, delivering no value - Sudden policy changes - Mandatory 3 days presence in the office - Low salary - A huge difference of benefits between offices - Low amount of holidays (25 days) compared to most companies

Pluspunten

Since the very beginning of my acquaintance with Templafy I liked this company for the quick detailed feedback, professionalism, well-defined process. When I got my offer I made a lot of thinking of pros and cons, reading a lot of reviews on Glassdoor in particular, reaching guys already working there for a while and having friendly conversations with them. Not all feedbacks from them were good. Now I am happy that I made a right desicion to join this company and relocate to another country. - The relocation process is hard, but I'm very grateful to everyone in Templafy who supports me at every stage . There were some issues that I was successfully able to solve with a help from HR department. - There is no blame policy and finger-pointing. If something is happened all the teammates have a call and discuss how to prevent it from happening in future. - You have your voice. I was surprised how it is easy just to say what you don't like and come up with a solution. This goes for everything - don't like how code looks like - have a discussion - propose something - if your points are valid it is most likely your desicion will be accepted and new best practice will be introduced. Or there are a lot of meetings and you don't like it - you just need to say :) - Pair-programming. It was very wierd for me for the first time. Although more I pair-programmed more I feel like it is the best thing to get to know the code, have other opinions about what you are doing, have a team building and fun. - Approachable and friendly colleagues. There are a lot of quite experienced and talented guys, and if you need help, I am always able to reach them and get helped. - You are not treated as a resource. There are healthchecks, one-on-one just to make sure that you are comfortable to work in a team. In general I have a feeling that the company is interested in an employer not to be burnout.
