My personal experience at Transonic

As Director of International Commercial Management, I am probably easy to identify. That is why I prefer writing this review from my own experience. I have worked at Transonic for several years and my personal experience has been positive. Transonic has meaningful products with real clinical value. Our technologies help clinicians make better decisions and ultimately support better patient care. I work with many talented, dedicated and helpful colleagues across different departments and countries. Many people here genuinely care about the products, the customers and the work we do. During my years with Transonic, I have seen new products launched, international markets expanded, new partnerships established and many positive changes implemented.

No company is perfect, and Transonic is no exception. The company has gone through significant changes over the past years, and change is rarely comfortable for everyone involved. There are areas where we can continue to improve, particularly in communication, internal alignment and how we support people through change. Some feedback I have read online is difficult to read. Some points I can understand to a certain extent. Other points do not reflect my own experience at all. Some of the recent changes have also brought more structure, accountability and clearer expectations, and I understand that this may not be experienced positively by everyone.
