Poor executive team and CEO. Going around in circles looking for efficiency. Not understanding the basic principles that costs increase through inflation and paying overtime to operational staff whenever they want it. Cutting costs by deferring safety critical work or not replacing leavers. Excessive pressure with long hours leading to poor work life balance. They talk about mental health, but choose to ignore it, claiming you not to be resilient. Too old school in values and work practices.
