I'm in a team of 6 AE's and the descrapency between salaries is huge. We all work the same markets, but there is over a 50% difference in Base Pay between reps. Like this colleagues of mine who only have a 7% higher target earn more on a yearly basis when they end up at 0% of their target, even though I overachieved my Target.
Lots of Micro-Management
They completely change territories every year, with a thousands of accounts where most salesforce information is wrong, and less than 10-20% is ICP. There is no way of getting other, new accounts.
