Thanks for sharing your feedback and leaving a review! We found it surprising that you felt we were limited in regards to our products and professional skills, did you share this feedback at all during your employment with us? We have not seen this type of feedback in other reviews, actually quite the opposite. Without knowing more information it’s challenging for us to provide you with a useful answer here. Your suggestion of changing both senior and lower management does sound quite drastic, we would prefer to help train and support our employees to achieve their very best. We are approaching the end of another great year with more customers and country reach so we must be doing something right ;-)
