Pluspunten
This month marks my fourth year of working at WEBB. The company’s culture and workstyle has significantly changed during this period. It has become more challenging and interesting since the company is tackling projects that would allow it to expand in market participation and to increase of the revenue. At this point, I may confidently share that WEBB has contributed not only to my professional but also personal development. I came across many challenging situations which I overcame with the support of a team that has always been motivated and capable of getting things done.
Minpunten
The job is quite demanding because you have to respond to issues in a timely fashion. Also, the expected quality of the software that we produce is high, since we need to guarantee the uptime of the system in order to keep trading in the most stressed market situations. This requires you to be mentally sharp continuously, which is a challenge on itself.
