Some of the people are amazing.

Minpunten

Some of the people are terrible, power tripping, your performance is more of a popularity contest of perception and rumor mill rather than your actual contributions, dedication and work product. People are overworked and under-supported with unrealistic expectations. Management is quicker to blame than support and assist in problem-solving.

A rare place where the company actually cares about the people and the work is good - while still being balanced with life. Environment has only been collaborative for me, I’ve worked a lot of places that cannot claim the same. It’s special.

Minpunten

Limited growth opportunities at times. Not as high of pay as other tech companies, but worth it in my opinion due to work-life balance and other benefits that go beyond a paycheck

Great team overall! Whether it be with the account managers or anyone else on the team.

Low pay for the amount of work that's being done. Lots of benefits have been cut to not justify the pay anymore...
